Peace Corp Sierra Leone is looking for up to 2 Residences for the purpose of an annual lease with up to 4 option renewal periods (each one-year in length). It should be a standalone house on its own (flat or duplex) within a gated compound (for residential purpose) to be rented within the areas of Spur loop, Spur Road, Wilkinson Road and Hill Station. We would be interested in standalone residences or compounds with 2 houses on the compound with options to rent both or one of the two.
Residence should have:
4 Bedrooms including Master Bedroom
- Located in a residential neighborhood surrounding Hill Station (US Embassy), Spur Loop, Spur Road, or Wilkinson Road
- Minimum 3-4 Bedrooms, inclusive of Master Bedroom
- Fully furnished house
- Master Bedroom includes private bathroom
- Minimum 2,597 square footage (241 square meters)
- Capacity to host up to 18 people for cocktail/buffet event
- Capacity to host up to 30 individuals for reception event
- Has one kitchen (not included in bedroom count)
- Has at least one dining room (not included in bedroom count) to host 12-14 guests
- Has at least one living room (not included in bedroom count)
- Garage or driveway for secure parking for minimum of 2 vehicles
- Secure premises with security post and razor wire affixed atop a minimum of a 9-foot-high perimeter wall.
- Grill Gate/security bars on all windows and doors on entrance and exits in the building.
- Laundry area with washer and dryer (not included in bedroom count)
- Complete electrical wiring for National Grid (EDSA) and 1-2 Generators (one primary and one back up) with Automatic Change Over facilities and fuel tank storage
- Guma Water or alternative source of supply for utility purpose always
- Major Maintenance provided by landlord
